It get frustrating to actually know something that will really help to at least know the difference between being naturally hungry and the "other", the destructive hunger.

Besides it is amazing how you much you can eat when you count calories and don't waste a whole days worth of food on one meal or snack.CALORIE GIRLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12725933946210720155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2205466069812267072.post-43250934773111928822010-07-20T21:49:29.504-04:002010-07-20T21:49:29.504-04:00I have also been seeing a lot of calorie-counting ...I have also been seeing a lot of calorie-counting hate lately. People say it's "unnatural" and "unsustainable" but what they mean is "I dun wanna! (wah wah wah)"

I've kept off 35lbs because I learned the skill of calorie-counting, got in the habit of picking something up and seeing the food, yes, but also a number. Even when I'm not trying to diet, it's automatic to keep a sort of running tally. That's what's kept me from regaining!Phyliciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13363138247371691212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2205466069812267072.post-49705740949609376252010-07-20T21:12:55.983-04:002010-07-20T21:12:55.983-04:00I count calories, weigh things out, and track my f...I count calories, weigh things out, and track my food intake. It is the only way I can stay on track and be focused. I have had days where I don't do this and it sometimes ends very badly. I have lost over 50 pounds and kept it off since 2005.

BTW, first time I checked your blog out before. I saw you on put this link up on Twitter. Great post and love the blog!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
